The meeting held on December 1, 2006 has officially opened the project REFOCUS senioR Employees training on information and CommUnication technologieS.
The project was officially introduced to all the partners involved in the project. Three Universities: the leader, CETIC (Carlo Cattaneo University in Castellanza), METID (Politecnico of Milano) and Brunel University; some training institutions: CEFRIEL, eForHum, Rigel and SMILE; some organizations linked with the local industry: Provincia of Milano, FIOM, Sheffield Council and Conwy County Borough Council. Some round tables focused on specific themes and operative aspects, were carried on during the whole day by all the partners.
The companies Aermacchi and Unisys interested in the project joined the meeting and took part to the proceedings of the activities, too.
The debate helped design the strategies for the development of the project by translating the ideas into objectives.
